Biography

Zheng Danning, Attending Physician, Ph.D., Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Tongji University School of Medicine in 2002, and with a Ph.D. in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 2008; in the same year, joined the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital. In 2015, went to Japan for further training at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, University of Tokyo Hospital, and Nagumo Clinic, a specialized breast hospital.

Clinical expertise includes implant-based breast reconstruction, endoscope-assisted breast augmentation, correction of implant capsular contracture, reduction mammaplasty, mastopexy, nipple reduction and shortening, correction of inverted nipples, autologous fat grafting to the breast, removal of breast implants and injected materials, and other types of breast plastic surgery.
